COVID-19

 The health and safety of our team and clients remains our priority so we have created the following measures to limit the risk of infection. Rest assured, our exceptional level of service and quality will not be affected as we implement these changes.

 We will be limiting the number of clients within the salon to ensure social distancing is adhered to.

 We ask you to arrive on time and not earlier than your appointment as our waiting area will not be in use. If you arrive early, please wait outside or in your car until called in.

 Please do not bring anybody with you unless it’s a child who has an appointment.

 All members of our team will be wearing masks and we kindly request our clients do the same. (we are happy to provide if need be).

 We will request that every client washes their hands as soon as they enter the salon, and continue to use anti-bacterial gel which will be supplied at reception and at each work station.

 Regretfully, there will not be any refreshments or magazines offered in the salon.

 We will only be accepting pre booked appointments. If you need to visit in order to make your appointment, please wait outside until called in.

 Each stylist will only have one client at a time.

 You may be asked to keep hold of jackets or coats if they are brought into the salon.

 Please reschedule your appointment if you or anyone you are living with have any symptoms of Coronavirus.

We will be extending our appointments to ensure we have time to sterilise before and after each client.

 To help restore the condition of your hair, we will be recommending Olaplex treatment to every client having colour services.

We appreciate your support at this very difficult time and we shall get though all of this together.
